We read this story all the time. Yes - there is no law requiring you to pay the IRS a dime - they are not even licensed in any of the states we have checked with and are a Foreign Corporation owned by the IMF.
However - they can make your life a living hell and you do not have the arsenal to fight them.
Yes - the IMF Corporations operating all over the world routinely violate the UCC constantly. There is NO honor among "US Federal Agencies" - corporations. They all appear to be filled with murdering thieves.
